The Bendigo Tech School 2024 Programs Guide is now live!
Our 2024 programs guide has been developed to showcase our program offerings as well as STEAM-based opportunities that are available to both students and teachers.
We seek to assist schools embed experiences at the Tech School into the learning that occurs in the classroom, so students can understand how their experiences fits in with future learning and work opportunities.
This is done by tailoring our programs to suit individual school contexts by modifying programs and facilitating a hybrid delivery, (onsite at BTS/at school), breaking programs down into shorter repeat visits as well as providing pre and post-work, enabling student and teachers to maximise engagement and outcomes.
Each program identifies the key curriculum outcomes, linked to capabilities and cross-curricular priorities as well as the relevant technology employed in the program. Our programs are fully funded (including transportation) for local partner schools.
We also have virtual and online program offerings available to schools outside our Local Government Area. Educators are encouraged to contact our Head of Programs, Ember Chittenden, to discuss program opportunities that will facilitate the optimal outcomes for your students.
